Harborview prioritized a busy retail strip with repeated stormwater runoff violations. The pilot converted 22 sites with an emphasis on sponsor visibility (large panels + QR codes). Results: 22 dumpsters secured • 900,000 gallons of runoff prevented/year • 8 corporate sponsors (regional) • 3 media mentions • Project duration: 12 weeks. Impact: the city included the Harborview pilot in its quarterly compliance report, and participating sponsors received ESG documentation for annual reporting.
